How long does it take to implement the system?
Once you’ve signed up to one of our partnership packages, you’ll be put in touch with a relationship manager. We’ll be able to get your system and running within 4 weeks, depending on the availability of your team.
In those 4 weeks, your manager will take you through the onboarding process, and will be your key contact throughout your partnership with Culture Shift. They’ll speak to you once-a-quarter to help you navigate the system.

A list of key stakeholders that will be involved in implementing the system into the organisation will help us get the right people in the room from the get go.
A summary of support services available at your organisation – don’t worry if these aren’t finished or finalised, we can help you to get them ready.
Your data protection policy, or security requirements, so that we can make sure we keep the platform as safe as possible and protect the people who need it.
