How customisable is it?

The public-facing platform is built on a common template. With aspects (such as colours, fonts, images and some text) customised to match your corporate identity. This gives people the peace of mind that they’re interacting with the organisation they know and trust.

Do you also offer training?

Yes. We offer an optional full-day customisable workshop for key stakeholders to help you get the most from Culture Shift. This can include process review, analytics and interventions, strategic planning, and skill development. The outline of the day is tailored to your objectives.

How is the system hosted?

Through Amazon Web Services, one of the most secure hosting systems available.

How long is the data kept for?

This is up to you. Data can be kept in line with your own policies and fully compliant with GDPR.

What kind of data can you gather in the system?

Whatever you need to activate positive change. That data will depend on what questions you ask and be available to view in your analytics dashboard in three different ways: at a glance, in detail or over time. Examples of the type of data licensees gather include: incident type, relationship to the institution (i.e. student or staff), gender and ethnicity. Plus, for anonymous reports, why they've chosen that option. All data is gathered in different forms (graph or table) making it easy to access what you need when you need it.

Can it be integrated with our other internal systems?

Not yet. Creating an API so Culture Shift can be integrated with other systems is on our product roadmap.

After the system is live, can we have the ability to edit questions when needed?

Yes, of course. You can make changes using a self-service model with training videos available to help.

What support do you offer after the system is live?

As much as you need. We use an online support desk called Support Bee that allows you to log tickets at any time. Once logged, you receive a note to say we’ve received your ticket within an hour. An investigation and plan of action is then guaranteed within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm). We also add new features, updates and fixes regularly. All of this is communicated as it happens, with How To articles and videos available in our knowledge base.

How secure is the system?

Very. Privacy and confidentiality is at the core of Culture Shift. The platform offers enterprise-level data security through Amazon Web Services. It is GDPR-compliant and Cyber Essentials-certified. Plus, it's tested every year by independent security specialists.

How long will it take to implement?

Once you have your license, the system can be live and in use within 3-4 weeks.

Why wouldn’t we build our own system?

To be blunt, it can take a lot of time and a lot of money. That isn’t always feasible and it means a long wait to give your people a voice. Culture Shift is ready to go and built as a complete solution for organisations of any industry and size. We also use feedback from current licensees to make ongoing improvements.

What does it cost?
