We are incredibly proud of the software we have developed that removes barriers to reporting harassment and abuse by giving people a confidential platform to seek support and report what they have experienced. Our clients now have more insight than they ever have done to be able to handle issues around harassment and bullying, but it’s time to really shift culture so that we can help organisations take a proactive and preventive approach.

The role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help deliver the design function for our SaaS platform, where the user is at the forefront of everything we do. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our Researchers, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to define and deliver new features.

A typical day in this role would involve taking part in Agile practices (including: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and prioritisation) with our Development, Research and Product specialists.

You will explore new features through mapping, sketching, prototyping, and testing. In addition to, collaborating with the wider design team to create consistent and empathy driven experiences, feeding back design improvements and ensuring a close working relationship between both the design and development teams.

Salary
