£50,000 - £60,000

Introduction

At Culture Shift we develop technology that helps organisations to build places of work and study that are safe, happy and supportive for everyone, everywhere. We do this primarily through our reporting software and applying our continuous improvement cycle which allows our partners to listen to concerns, support those affected, analyse trends and activate lasting change through early intervention and targeted prevention.

The role

We are looking for a Head of Culture Transformation to help our partners to identify, tackle and work to prevent cultures of bullying, harassment and discrimination. The Head of Culture Transformation will work with our product team and Relationship Managers to analyse the trends that are being shown through our award-winning software to provide expert and evidence-based advice, analysis and guidance on the prevention of unacceptable behaviour.

You will provide expert advice and guidance on complex equality, diversity and inclusion challenges faced by Culture Shift’s Partner network, within the framework of relevant legislation. You will ensure the provision of a high standard of advice, support and delivery on all EDI matters. You will also conduct training and help organise events to promote equality, diversity and inclusion to Culture Shift’s partners and team members.

You will also be responsible for delivering Culture Shift’s expertise in the sector by working with your own existing network and harnessing the collective insight of Culture Shifts rapidly growing community. Leading or facilitating workshops and panel discussion around key topics and sharing best practice amongst existing and potential new partners.You will report to the CPO and work closely with the product team to share insight and feed into the product roadmap to develop new software features that will benefit our partners and ensure the scalability of our platform.

Key deliverables

  • Be the highest authority of expert knowledge on all EDI matters to Culture Shifts potential and existing partner network
  • As part of the senior leadership team you will provide strategic insight relevant to the EDI sector
  • Work with the product team to develop additional features and services that will add value to the platform allowing us to scale rapidly and reach more people
  • Build and manage Culture Shifts partner community through training and events
  • Build and line manage a small team of subject matter experts
