Culture Shift is based in Manchester, UK, at 86 Princess Street. The office is a bright, modern loft-style space in the city centre, with excellent transport links from Manchester Piccadilly, Oxford Road, and St Peter's Square Metrolink stop.
Yes. Culture Shift offers flexible and hybrid working to support work–life balance. Employees can work remotely, with core hours of 10am-4pm, flexible start and finish times, and a "no meetings Friday" policy to allow for focused work.
